Philosophy
Our philsophy is to teach the game of soccer while having FUN and while honoring and respecting our ROOTS-- Rules, Officials, Opponents, Teammates, and Self.

Development Program
We play and practice year round. During the summer months, practices/scrimmages are once per week and attendance is flexible to accommodate summer vacation and other sports. For the fall and spring, we practice 2-3 days per week and practices are mandatory. During the winter months, we play indoor soccer and practice once indoors and once outdoors per week. During the winter months, if a player plays other sports, he may miss soccer practices/games, however, we do ask that all players attempt to make at least one practice per week.
Physical conditioning is a vital part of the game and we concentrate on this aspect during pre-season so that players are able to play for 70 minutes and remain focused on their game.
We generally participate in 2-3 sanctioned tournaments per season. We also set up scrimmages during the pre-season with other clubs as well as participate in ScrimmageFest. These scrimmages allow players to play without the pressures of winning and to focus solely on development.
We believe that players learn the principles of soccer during practice and games are a player’s opportunity to showcase their skills. For this reason, we believe it is vital that a player feels safe (not just physically but also psychologically) so they can experiment with the game of soccer without fear of failure.
